Keynotive: Running Two Sales Teams Across Time Zones

Keynotive wanted growth, but without creating a heavy in-house sales structure. The goal was simple: increase pipeline activity while keeping overhead controlled.

TrivianEdge deployed two offshore sales teams across different time zones. Both teams ran in parallel on cold calling, outbound email, and business sign-up workflows.

To make the model work, we standardized the operating layer around shared CRM usage, channel ownership, reporting cadence, and handoff discipline. This prevented overlap and reduced dropped opportunities between shifts.

The result was a more consistent sales engine: activity continued while one team was offline, and Keynotive gained stronger pipeline visibility and execution rhythm.

The lesson is clear. Offshore works best when process quality is treated as a core product, not an afterthought.
